Jeaneen started her career in real estate in 1990 after graduating from Bradford Business School in Pittsburgh, continuing her love for the industry after moving to Sarasota. She is active on the board of the Realtor Association of Sarasota and Manatee. Jeaneen has served on the Scholarship Committee, the Grievance Committee and is a current member of the Professional Standards Committee. Her ultimate goal is to provide kind and honest real estate guidance in whatever capacity her clients need, whether it's hands-on or hands-free.

David is a Sarasota native whose family has been serving the Sarasota community since 1946. His family includes 3 generations of home builders, property management and appraising. He is both a Florida Licensed Property and Casualty Insurance Agent and a Florida Licensed Realtor. These backgrounds give him the platform to understand construction characteristics and how they may affect the cost of ownership and maintenance. His goal is to make sure his clients are well informed as Florida’s exposure to hurricanes and flooding have created a unique insurance market.
